29 / 02 / 2024

Russian Industry Week 2024 hosts the 7th Conference on Low House Russia 2024. Its participants are President at the Russian Union of Designers Viktor Novoselov, President at the National Association of Construction Industry Participants, President at the Union of Construction Industry Enterprises Aleskandr Loshchenko, Chair at the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Construction Sector of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Efim Basin, Chair at the Commission on Urban Planning, State Property and Land Use of the Moscow City Duma, President at NAMIKS Elena Nikolaeva, and others.

“Our industry continues to grow and develop despite the enormous sanctions and the withdrawal of a number of foreign companies. For the third year in a row, we have set records in housing commissioning. The plans for housing construction in Russia until 2030 assumed that low-rise construction would occupy 33%. But today we have already reached 54% of the total volume of housing construction. I hope this trend will continue,” said Efim Basin.

The conference agenda includes discussion of various aspects of low-rise construction such as architecture, construction technologies, issues of common property management of low-rise residential complexes, and much more.

In addition, the Salon of Low-rise House Construction was opened within Russian Construction Week. It provides an opportunity to see new materials and technologies in the construction and furnishing of country houses. The salon covers all segments of the construction industry and allows potential buyers to find individual and standard projects, innovative solutions, and high quality products.
